On weekdays, enter through the Clik Collective reception area, check in at the front desk, and let them know you are visiting Ridewave.

On weekends, the main entrance is usually locked from the inside. Please book ahead, then call +61 490 428 331 when you arrive and our team can come out to meet you.

Free visitor parking is available in front of the Clik Collective building. If the visitor spaces are full, call Ridewave and we can help direct you.

Electric trikes are one of Ridewave's strongest categories. They may suit riders who want more stability, relaxed riding, practical carrying space, or a more confidence-inspiring option for themselves or a family member.

Ridewave also offers selected electric bike options for customers who want easier storage, car or caravan transport, compact local riding, or a two-wheel e-bike instead of a trike.

Behind Clik Collective there is a quieter, open-air parking area where customers can do a simple short test ride close to the showroom.

For a slightly more varied ride, Stephens Reserve is nearby. Where suitable, the Ridewave team can accompany customers for a short ride with mixed local surfaces, including light gravel.

Melbourne customers can choose local pickup for eligible orders. Pickup is useful if you want to avoid bulky freight delivery, speak with the team in person, or collect your bike directly from the showroom.

For in-person pickup, Ridewave can offer complimentary assembly service for Ridewave bikes where available. Assembly timing depends on the model, staff workload and booking time, so it is best to contact the team before pickup.

For use on public roads and road-related areas in Victoria, an e-bike must meet Victorian e-bike requirements. Transport Victoria says riders should look for a legal e-bike that complies with the Electric Power Assisted Bicycles standard, EN 15194.

In general, a permitted EPAC-style e-bike in Victoria must have working pedals, a motor with a maximum continuous rated power of 250W, assistance only while the rider is pedalling, and motor assistance that cuts off at 25km/h. Throttle-only assistance is not allowed except low-speed assistance up to 6km/h, often described as walk mode.

Some lower-powered power-assisted pedal cycles may also be permitted under the separate 200W category. Customers should check the final product setup and local road rules before riding.

For battery and charger safety, use the correct Ridewave-supplied or Ridewave-approved charger for your model. Avoid third-party chargers, damaged chargers, or chargers with unknown compatibility.

For NSW customers or customers who may ride in NSW, EN 15194 status may also affect required product information tags and road-use requirements. Ridewave should only publish EN 15194 compliant for a model where the manufacturer marking and supporting evidence are confirmed.
