We ensure the delivery of your order and will provide a replacement at no extra cost if an item is lost. However, please understand that we are not liable for dispatch delays or any delivery issues.

If you receive a package that is damaged, please take photos and ask the courier to document the damages with a signed description. In case of loss or damage during shipment, you may need to help us complete a claim application based on the courier's documentation requirements.

Moreover, shipping expenses might surpass the total order value. Should this occur, adjustments to shipping fees may be necessary, or your order could be canceled. If there is an additional charge, we will reach out to you with the relevant information, giving you the choice to proceed or cancel the order.
