Very happy with our first e-bikes. They are a game changer for exploring our local area and beyond. We got the foldable version and two bikes fit very comfortably into the back of my Rav 4. Well made, quality bikes can truly recommend them.
After the minimal assembly needed (excellent video provided) I visited my local bike shop for a safety check and got the thumbs up for both safety and quality of the bike
We met up with Ethan in their Vermont store and found that he was most professional in all his advice. What few questions we had, he was able to answer easily. Ended up purchasing a Miniwave, which he setup whilst we went out and had lunch. Very happy to recommend the service provided. Enjoying the bike.
Had the best experience buying this bike from Ethan at Ridewave, Ethan always answered all my questions by email very quickly prior to purchasing and then once I ordered the communication was very efficient and my bike got shipped over to Perth super quickly! The folding miniwave is so much fun, my husband loves it, my 4yr old loves it and I love it. Think I'm going to get a lot of use out of it. The ride is very smooth and comfortable and it looks amazing in the Tiffany aqua blue! Definitely recommend this business to anyone looking for a great e-bike!

After a couple of weeks, I was finally able to put my new Ridewave Ebike to the test, and what a great experience I had. Very happy with the power and ease of the throttle, had to change the seat for a cushier one but I'm just fussy.

After a little research I decided to go with Ridewave and happy I did. I purchased the Xploere for my grandson and am more that happy with my descesion it's a great product and exactly what my grandson expected and more weather it's riding to school or a weekend ride he is more than excited every time he hopes on the bike. Preliminary enquiries prior to purchase were courteously answered by Ethan, who provided useful information and reassurance when deciding to buy from Ridewave Bikes.
We bought one Miniwave to try out, then another once we were both happy with the bike.
The Current-Based-Cadence-System is by far the most user-friendly, intuitive, PAS of the five e-bikes of various brands we’ve owned previously.
The CBCS eliminates the customary surging of the usual stepped Pedal Assist Systems, which can cause loss of control for the unwary rider
when slow manoeuvring, if too high a PAS level is set.
The 20 x 3” tyres are just the right width to handle all surfaces.
The retaining strap prevents the folded bike from flopping open when loading into a vehicle. It does take some precise positioning of the front fork to enable the webbing strap to snap into place.
My wife and I are very pleased with our Miniwave bikes.

We ordered 2 of the Miniwave folding bikes from Ridewave. This has proven to be a hassle free experience. The bikes were sent quickly....to Busselton West Australia,total transit time of 3 days being exceptionally fast. The unboxing and bike assembly being very straightforward.

At first, I took the bike for a test ride in the parking lot behind the shop, but I also
wanted to try it on inclines to experience the electric assist and test the gear shifting.
The team was more than happy to accommodate all my requests.
The buying process was simple, and when I emailed with a few follow-up questions, I
got quick, useful responses.
Since purchasing, I’ve compared the Glidewave X to other eBikes in my riding group.
It’s noticeably lighter than most, making it more agile. On tight turns, I turn off the
motor and handle it just like a regular bicycle. On uphill climbs, the power assistance
makes the ride effortless.
Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice.

Been to alot of ebike stores around Melbourne the last few months and left empty handed due to cheap no name battery's, bumpy rides that make you feel like your on metal tires, cheap frames and way to overpriced! So glad i found Ridewaves just when your about to give up! Amazing ride so smooth, peace of mind of great lasting quality samsung battery and great speed. The service at ridewaves was so helpful going over and above even taking the burden of putting the bike together for me.
Recently picked up my xplorer from Ridewave store in Vermont. Been a blast so far, had absolutely no trouble learning how to use the controls and it is a great weekend bike for saving my energy on the trails. Team were nice enough to assemble it for me free of charge. Bit disappointed that there aren't any accessories available for purchase on the website, would really bring the versatility of the bike together.
Went in for a test ride today, Ethan there is really helpful and knowledgeable, tested a few models and was quite happy about the Minieave model.
I recently received my Xplorer Sport from RideWave, and it’s been a great experience so far. The assembly was straightforward, and it has no issue handling steep hills with myself and my brother on the back. Across all the modes, the motor is super powerful – it just keeps going without feeling like it’s struggling. I'd never tried an e-bike with a torque sensor before doing my test ride and the difference is noticeable, I like the super smooth ride-feel. The team provided great service and overall I'm stoked with my new toy, highly recommend this weapon of a bicycle!
