Ridewave Bikes may struggle to find couriers for islands or remote areas, and shipping costs might exceed the order value. In such cases, shipping fees could be adjusted, or the order canceled. We'll contact you if extra charges apply, offering the option to proceed or cancel.

Delivery times vary between 2 and 14 business days, excluding public holidays and peak periods.

Ensure your shipping address is correct to prevent additional delivery fees. While we carefully package all orders, certain products, like bicycles, require assembly. Please refer to our assembly page or contact your local dealer for assistance (service charges may apply). Important: Large items cannot be delivered to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers; however, smaller items can be dispatched to P.O. Boxes using AusPost.
