Replacement Keys
Product Description
All replacement key orders are custom made to match your bike or trike lock. Please check your key number carefully before placing your order.
Important: Please make sure you provide your 3 or 4 digit key number when placing your order. This number is usually located on the bike or trike lock cylinder, near the keyhole, as shown in the example image.
You must include the key number on the checkout page before completing your order. You can write it in the order notes, or simply add it after your name in the shipping details.

John Smith – Key No. 123
If the key number is missing, we may not be able to process your replacement key order. If you cannot find the key number, please contact us before placing your order.
Estimated delivery time is usually 1–3 weeks, depending on key availability and supplier processing time.
Please note: replacement keys are made to order, so all sales are final. We are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once the order has been processed.

We are happy to announce we officially ship internationally! All orders are dispatched from our US warehouse within 2 - 3 business days.
Order tracking
Tracking numbers are automatically sent as soon as your order is packed. Please check your junk folder if you do not receive one 72hrs after placing your order.
