Shipping & Delivery
Ridewave ships eligible e-bikes, e-trikes, accessories, and parts Australia-wide from Vermont VIC 3133. Free AU shipping applies to eligible orders over $100, while eligible orders under $100 usually have a flat $10 shipping fee, subject to remote-area, island, and freight-review exclusions.
- In-stock orders are usually processed Monday to Friday, with tracking sent after fulfilment.
- E-bikes and e-trikes are bulky freight items, so delivery timing can vary by postcode, suburb, product size, carrier capacity, and remote-area handling.
- Some regional, remote, island, or high-freight areas may need manual review before dispatch. If a surcharge applies, our team will contact you before the order proceeds.
- Click & Collect is available from Ridewave showrooms. Sydney pickup may require stock transfer from Melbourne before collection.

Warranty
Ridewave provides a 1-year limited warranty on eligible products against manufacturing faults and defects under normal intended use. Warranty assessment depends on the product, purchase date, issue type, usage, assembly, maintenance, and review by the Ridewave team.
- Eligible warranty claims may involve replacement parts, repair support, or another appropriate solution after assessment.
- Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, tyre punctures, misuse, water damage, unauthorised modifications, improper assembly, lack of maintenance, crash damage, or third-party repairs completed without written approval.
- Please keep your proof of purchase and submit photos or videos when making a warranty claim, as Ridewave reviews evidence before approving warranty outcomes.
- Warranty support is provided in addition to your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Returns & Refund
Eligible change-of-mind returns may be accepted within 30 days of purchase in line with Ridewave's return policy. Returned items must be unopened, unused, unassembled, undamaged, in original packaging, and approved by Ridewave before being sent back.
- Please contact Ridewave before returning any item. Our team will review the request and provide return instructions if the return is approved.
- Opened, assembled, used, ridden, damaged, or altered products are not accepted for change-of-mind returns by default.
- Return shipping costs, original shipping costs, restocking fees, refused-shipment costs, and payment processing fees may be deducted where applicable.
- Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Great service and an extremely well made bike. Ethan was great in quickly answering all of my queries and that made the decision to order it very simple. I've been a keen cyclist all of my life, but health issues have made cycling on two wheels just too difficult for me. So I was really thrilled to be able to change to three wheels and return to riding. The bike rides very well and is easy to use, even if you are new to cycling.
I would offer a few tips. When you open the box to put the bike together. As soon as you have all of the extra bits out of the box then pull the bike upright so that it's standing up on the rear cargo cage. This will make it much easier to get to everything. Once you have the front wheel on it then drop it down on to the wheels.
Also, when you first start riding it, have to tyres well pumped up at 30psi and the seat set low. This will make the bike much more stable and less prone to follow the camber of a road/path. You can raise the seat height as you become used to it.
But I'm loving being back on a bike!

What gradient can the trike handle ! Not on the road , on an incline when putting the trike to bed !?

Our 500W variant Wallaby models are powerful enough to handle typical urban inclines and driveway-style slopes well. Actual performance can vary depending on rider weight, load, battery level, and whether you are pedalling to assist, but for most everyday inclines it should be more than capable. If you would like, send us a photo of the slope and we can give you a better idea.

I need a small bike in length so that it is easy to park outside Supermarkets either using the bike cages or half moon locks. Thank you for your questions.
Our battery is certified to IEC 62133, which is a widely used international safety standard for eBike batteries and comparable to UL standards used in other markets.
All of our e-trike models include a reverse button, which makes manoeuvring and parking much easier.
Our trikes also support a cruise speed function. When the trike reaches a speed of over 10 km/h, you can press and hold the cruise button for more than 2 seconds to lock the speed. Applying the brakes will immediately cancel the cruise speed.
The front suspension fork can be locked or unlocked, but it is not adjustable for rider weight. Weight-adjustable suspension is typically found on much more premium bikes or trikes.

Yes — the Wallaby 500W with 20x4” fat tyres would be a great option for your situation. The wide 20x4” tyres provide excellent stability and traction on off-road and unsealed surfaces, making it well suited to remote NT conditions, and the 500W motor gives you extra torque when needed.
As you mentioned it would be used off-road, we may also be able to supply it in a configuration better suited for private property or non-sealed road use, including adjusted settings if required.
