How do I take care of my jewelry?
14K Gold
Scrub lightly with a fresh toothbrush and warm water. You can also buff your pieces using the cloth included in your order.
Sterling Silver
Gently rub the surface with the cloth included in your order.
Do you have a warranty?
Yes! For 3 years from the date of purchase, we’ll take care of your product if any damage to the material occurs. Simply contact us and we’ll send you a replacement.
Please note: This warranty does not cover lost items, scratches that come with normal wear and tear, improper use or storage of your product, and any modification to your product done by a third party.
How do I use the polishing cloth?
Gently rub the surface of your piece with the polishing cloth. Never wash the polishing cloth as it will lose its effectiveness, and keep out of reach of children!

We're not able to build custom pieces at this time.

The Glide-X by Ridewave boasts a sporty frame made from 6061 aluminum, offering a slim yet sturdy design. With mostly integrated cables running through the frame and a 'hidden battery' in the down tube, it presents a clean look. The frame's stem tube seamlessly transitions into the modern stem. Pre-drilled threads are ready for accessory attachments.

The Glide-X comes in a 52cm size, designed for a wide range of riders. It offers both comfort and versatility. We have two models: step-over and step-through, to match different preferences and riding styles. The step-through model features a trapeze frame, which is great for those who prioritize convenience and easy access in their cycling experience.
Integrated Cable Routing
A notable feature is internal cable routing, developed by Ridewave, which enhances the bike's sleek aesthetic. This covers the handlebars, stem, frame, and rear triangle, with custom cable routing in the chainstay for efficient cable management.
Compact Powerhouse
Equipped with the MIVICE motor, the Glide e-bike is a compact yet powerful bike, perfect for city rides. Weighing only 18.5 kg, the lightweight MIVICE motors ensure precise control with a responsive torque sensor.
Battery Integration
The hidden battery is easily removable and charges in just 2.5 hours. It's robust, splash-proof, and features a battery indicator, plus double-locking security.
Ridewave Designer Display
The colour display provides a variety of functions to enhance your biking experience. It not only shows important riding data but also allows you to control several features of the bike, such as turning on the headlights and activating night mode. Additionally, it offers five different levels of assistance to cater to your riding needs.
Clear Path Ahead
The bike's headlamp, mounted on the stem, provides 120 lux for nighttime rides. Excellent cable integration enhances the design.
Urban Brake Power
Strong brakes with a sleek urban design are mounted on the frame. These flat mount brakes are complemented by fork legs in the frame's color, with a stylish contrast in matt grey.
Deore 10-Speed Gear System
The Deore 10-speed gear system empowers you to tackle steep inclines with ease, thanks to its 11-36T gear range. Built with Shimano’s reliable long-cage design, it can handle tough terrain effortlessly. Combined with a responsive torque sensor in the pedal axle, this setup optimises power usage, helping the battery last longer than usual for extended riding pleasure.
Race-Ready Semi-Slick Tyres
Fitted with Schwalbe G-One RS tyres, the Glide-B offers low rolling resistance and excellent braking and traction. The smooth ride and high puncture resistance ensure a safe riding experience.
